Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. packed fresh basil
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. pinenuts or almonds
3/4 c. parsley
3/4 c. Parmesan
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. melted butter
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in blender, starting at slow speed. Can be frozen and heated as needed.
Serve over pasta or on pizza.
