Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 lb. or less fresh shrimp, chopped
    1 c. light mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat tomato soup, gelatine and cream cheese until creamy.
    Add chopped onion, pepper, celery and mayonnaise.
    Add shrimp.
    Pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 8 to 12.
