Raisin Honey Drop Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. each: salt and cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream the honey, sugar, butter and egg.
Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Add rolled oats and raisins.
Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake on upper shelf of moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool on racks.
