Parsley Bake Rice With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes, fresh
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Wash rice.
    Add chicken broth, butter and rice.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook for 25 minutes.
    Stir twice.
    Keep rice covered while cooking.
