Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 pkg herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Drain cooked squash. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, butter, stuffing mix and onion. Add to squash and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
