Cream Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves white sandwich bread with the crusts removed
    2-8oz pkgs. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 lb melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Roll bread flat with a rolling pin.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and egg yolks together.
    Spread evenly over the bread and rollup lengthwise.
    Dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
    Cool in fridge for 20 minutes and then cut into thirds. This can be frozen at this point and stored up to 4 months.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or bubbly.
