Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3 lb. ground beef
    6 (No. 2) cans peeled tomatoes
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato puree
    6 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 jar (large) pimentos, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    3 bay leaves, crushed
    4 Tbsp. oregano
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    2 cans mushroom stems and pieces
    2 c. dry red wine (Chianti, etc.)
    3 large onions
    8 celery stems
    2 large green peppers (optional)
    1 or 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine sausage and ground beef.
    Mix well.
    Add about 1/5 of the spices and flavoring, 1/2 cup red wine and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook until brown. Add to sauce.
