Tuna Croquettes With Hash Brown Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 frozen hash brown potato patties
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Divide evenly into 4 well-greased custard cups.
    Place cups on rack and add the frozen hash brown potato patties.
    Spread with margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until well browned.
