Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts
1 c. Persimmon Pulp
1/2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add the sifted dry ingredients, raisins and nuts.
Fold in the persimmon, milk and vanilla.
Pour into a greased mold.
Place in a pan of water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
