Beer Batter For Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. beer
1 c. half and half
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Beat eggs; add beer and half and half.
Add flour and mix well.
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature before using.
Dip shrimp in batter; fry in Crisco until a golden color.
