Low-Fat Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1 c. low-fat milk
    4 egg whites
    2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, applesauce, milk and egg whites.
    Blend at low speed until dry ingredients are moistened; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Arrange blueberries on top.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
