Lemon-Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 (6 oz.) chicken breast halves, skinned
lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, garlic and salt in a large zip-top plastic bag, shaking well to combine.
Combine lemon juice and oil. Brush over both sides of chicken.
Place chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag, shaking to coat.
Remove chicken from bag and place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
