1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. five-spice powder
2 lb. sirloin, cut into thin slices
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 onion, chopped
2 c. bean sprouts
1 c. snow peas
Preparation

Combine sesame oil and five-spice powder in a skillet and heat to medium-high heat; add beef and brown. Remove from pan.
