Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    pinch of salt
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, Karo, salt and nuts.
    Place in an unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Test with a knife until clean.
