Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk (canned evaporated)
1/2 to 1 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 c. diced ham (optional)
salmon, bacon, mushrooms, carrots (optional)
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables in just enough water to cover until tender. Do not rinse.
Add milk, pepper and potato flakes.
Simmer until thickened.
(May use more instant potato flakes if you prefer a thicker soup.)
You may also add diced ham, canned salmon or bacon to this soup.
Garnish with shredded cheese prior to serving.
