Angel Cake Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. milk
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    4 egg whites
    16 oz. angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg yolks, sugar, flour and salt.
    Cook in top of double boiler until coats spoon. Add vanilla.
    Add gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup water.
    Cool.
