Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
food color (your choice)
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Add food color to water.
Mix all together.
Stir over low heat until mixture foams, forms into ball and clings to spoon.
