Low Calorie Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. slim and trim cottage cheese
 
1/4 c. water
lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

                            Blend to sour cream consistency.
 
Use as a dip with cauliflowerets, cucumber slices, celery and carrot sticks and other vegetables.
