Our Favorite Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry sheet
    4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. crumbled Feta cheese
    Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheet and fold open. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place tomato slices on waxed paper and sprinkle evenly with salt. Let stand 20 minutes. Sprinkle baked pastry shell with Mozzarella cheese and Feta cheese. Arrange tomato slices in a single layer to cover top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and olive oil. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
