Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Cream 1/2 cup margarine.
Add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and flour.
Press evenly into tiny tart shells or muffin cups.
Use paper liners.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
