Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add nuts; coat well.
    Blend spices with sugar; add to nuts. Spread in oiled shallow pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    This makes a great Christmas present.
