Low-Fat Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 or 3/4 c. sugar
small amount syrup
1/3 c. canola oil
cocoa to suit for light or dark sauce
Preparation

Put sugar in a no-stick skillet and warm.
Pour in the syrup (maple syrup or honey may be used).
Stir and add oil and cocoa. Heat over low heat until mixture is thoroughly mixed.
Serve over angel food cake.
