Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. giant shells, cooked and drained
    2 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, fried and drained
    4 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Feta cheese
    1 large pkg. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    parsley flakes
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat Ricotta cheese with eggs and parsley flakes.
    Mix spinach and sausage into cheese.
    Stuff shells and place, open side down, in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Cover with Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle with powdered Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This freezes well for later use.
