Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can green chilies
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can pimientos (optional)
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 or 1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Longhorn cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat until brown; drain.
    Add onions and Cheddar cheese. Let melt.
    Dip corn tortillas in hot grease for 10 seconds.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Place meat in tortillas and wrap.
    Place in baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.
    Sprinkle rest of grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
