Marie'S Carrot Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
4 small carrots, grated fine
1/2 c. pecans, grated fine
1 Tbsp. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
If mixture is too stiff, add a little mayonnaise.
Use as a dip or spread on bread for ribbon sandwiches.
