Banana Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 bananas)
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh lemon rind
Preparation
    In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat oleo into creamy consistency and add sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in mashed bananas and lemon juice. Add to banana mixture.
    Stir in lemon rind.
    Place in greased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
