Fresh Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. fresh blueberries, cleaned
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
    Stir in water and lemon juice.
    Add blueberries; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly until clear and thickened.
    Serve sauce warm over pancakes, ice cream, etc. Yield:
    2 cups.
    Contains approximately 10 calories per tablespoon.
