Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans whole tomatoes, drained
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 slices (no crust) buttered bread (optional)
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, bread cubes and onion.
    Heat butter, flour and seasonings in microwave until butter has melted.
    Add to tomatoes and pour into a greased casserole.
