Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 flank steak (approximately 1 3/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in shallow glass pan. Brush both sides of flank steak with marinade.
    Let stand in mixture 2 hours.
    Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn.
    Brush with remaining marinade and broil another 4 minutes. Slice steak diagonally across grain as thin as possible.
    Spoon pan juices over meat.
    Serves 4 to 6.
