Dorito Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 head lettuce
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
    hot sauce
    1 bag Doritos
    1 large avocado
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix onion, lettuce and Cheddar cheese.
    Add dressing and hot sauce to taste.
    Crush and add Doritos chips.
    Slice avocado and add to ingredients.
    Brown ground meat and add kidney beans and 1/4 teaspoon salt; simmer 10 minutes, then add to cold salad.
