Amish Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. Swiss steak (1 1/2 to 2-inches thick)
    flour
    salt
    ketchup (small bottle)
    onions
    pepper
Preparation
    Pound flour into steak.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil on both sides.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Slice 3 to 4 onions over meat.
    Pour bottle of ketchup over top and fill water in roaster to cover meat.
    Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Ingredients make a delicious gravy.
    I serve with mashed potatoes and tossed salad.
