Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Let pie shell chill while making the filling.
    Blend eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
    Gradually stir in scalded milk.
    Pour into chilled, unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
