Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine (soft)
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel, drained
shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix together corn bread mix, eggs, sour cream and margarine. Fold in the corns.
Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch or casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
