Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut lard and flour into small balls.
    Add water and salt and mix.
    Roll out dough 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread over and pat into desired size pie pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
