Madeira Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    seasoned flour
    1 onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. Madeira
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Filet the breasts.
    Pound thin between plastic.
    Dredge with seasoned flour.
    Set aside.
