Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation

Soften gelatin with cold water; dissolve over hot water and cool.
Whip the whipping cream and add sugar, cream cheese and salad dressing.
Add gelatin and fold in pineapple and cherries. Put in oiled salad ring or individual oiled molds.
