Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and egg together.
    Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well and stir in washed, drained blueberries.
    Pour into 8-inch or 9-inch baking dish, which has been greased and floured.
