Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 drops Tabasco sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 2/3 c. milk
    4 c. cooked shrimp
    1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper and onion in oil in saucepan until tender.
    Sprinkle with flour, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
    Add milk gradually.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Spoon into shallow 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with mixture of crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
