Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) shredded hash browns, thawed
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
