Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. beans
    5 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. onions
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 -1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 lb. slab bacon
Preparation
    Wash and sort beans, soak in water overnight.
    The following morning, simmer the beans 1 hour.
    Mix together salt, onions, dry mustard, molasses, ketchup and add to beans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
    Put bacon on top.
    Water may have to be added during baking.
    Serves 6 - 8 people.
