Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. bran
2 c. boiling water
1 c. melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl pour boiling water over bran.
Add melted butter.
Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Batter will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator.
