Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut shortening and sugar together.
    Add baking powder, salt, extract, milk and flour.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Grease pan. Pour in batter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
