Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. instant mashed potato puffs
paprika and parsley
Preparation
-
In medium saucepan, heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk just to boiling.
Stir in dry potato puffs and continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly.
Garnish with paprika and parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
