Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin tip
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
    1 1/2 c. shredded 4 cheeses
    1 jar chunky pasta sauce
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, onion, pepper, bread crumbs and meat tenderizer; mix well.
    Add 1 cup 4 cheeses and 1/2 pasta saute. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; drain.
    Add rest of pasta sauce.
    Bake 20 minutes longer; take out of oven and add 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
    Cover until melted.
    Serve.
