Ingredients

3 to 4 pkg. ladyfingers
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream (for garnish)
chocolate sprinkles
cream sherry or orange juice
4 eggs, separated
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Split ladyfingers lengthwise and arrange cut sides down on oven rack.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool and brush cut sides with sherry or orange juice.
Line the sides of an 8 or 9-inch pan with ladyfingers.
Snip off ends of ladyfingers with shears to make level with sides of pan, if necessary.
