Coconut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 boxes instant pudding (coconut)
    1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix crackers and margarine.
    Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Mix milk, pudding and ice cream.
    Pour over cracker crust. Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut.
