Grilled Mahi Mahi(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) mahi mahi fillets
cooking spray
1 Tbsp. mixed herbs including fresh basil, oregano, parsley and thyme
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper (fresh ground)
4 pineapple rings
Preparation

Season fillets with oil spray, mixed herbs, sea salt and pepper. Grill fillets 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness (medium and moist). Set aside on a warm plate until needed. Grill pineapple rings with charred crisscross markings from the grill. Arrange fillets and pineapple rings on plate and add garnish to suit.
