Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. deer meat, sliced thin
    5 oz. soy sauce
    3.5 oz. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Roll out or pound meat thin with rolling pin.
    Mix remaining ingredients well. Soak meat approximately 1/2 hour, depending on how strong you want it.
    Lay strips on broiler pan. Set oven to 150\u00b0.
    Bake 8 to 10 hours.
    The longer, the drier and the tougher.
