Sausage Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. bulk sausage
    1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread, thawed
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella shredded cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. water (optional)
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until not pink.
    Drain.
    On floured surface roll dough to 15 x 8-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle cheese on dough, leaving 1-inch
    border.
    Top
    with spinach and sausage.
    Bring long sides
    of
    dough together.
    Pinch to seal edges and ends. Place loaf
    seam
    down
    on
    greased baking sheet.
    Combine egg white and
    water.
    Brush
    over
    loaf.
    Sprinkle
    with caraway. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
    Let stand 8 to 10 minutes.
