Oatmeal Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour with baking soda.
    Combine butter, sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
    Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins.
    (Batter will be stiff.)
    Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
